Please read all of the information below carefully before proceeding. Failure to do so may result in your boarding reservation not being processed.

We offer many benefits to our clients. These benefits include:

New Client or Client of Another Veterinary Hospital (Clinic)

A new client is defined as a person that vaccinates their pet(s) elsewhere. Pfister Animal Hospital requires the following documents be completed in full to assure that there is no confusion leading up to your petʼs stay. No reservations are held until the entire set of requirements have been fulfilled and a deposit collected. You can either upload your documents online when you make your reservation, or note that your current vet will be faxing them to us. There can be no exceptions.

A current client is defined as a person that has chosen Pfister Animal Hospital as their primary care veterinarian. The pet(s) included on the boarding reservation have routinely been vaccinated at Pfister Animal Hospital for all vaccines required to board.
